Administrative Assistant

We are Australia's largest breastfeeding information and support service. We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant who can assist us with general administration tasks from the office on a weekly basis. This role is very family friendly and hours can be arranged around you.

Key responsibilities:

  • data entry
  • creation and updating of documents such as spreadsheets, policies, presentations, etc
  • preparing member packs
  • assist with mail-outs
  • other tasks as requested.

Skills Required:

  • prior administrative experience
  • intermediate to advanced computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • effective and inclusive communication skills with a variety of people, including members, the community and health professionals
  • planning, prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • is enthusiastic and motivated
  • ability to maintain confidentiality of members personal details.
