Play a vital role as a Volunteer Driver, for young mothers and children to get to and from the Early Years Centre for their much needed appointments. It’s a one-stop-shop family hub supporting the varying needs of families. Assistance required for transportation of young mothers with no licence and/or car, to attend their appointments at Browns Plains. This includes a safe and enjoyable journey transporting mothers and children using our centre car or bus. Normal Drivers Licence required only.

The Benevolent Society’s Early Years Centre and Long Day Care service is looking for a reliable transport assistant in the Browns Plains area who has experience working or interacting with children. The preferred driver will support the safety and wellbeing of mothers with their children using the centre car or bus e.g. assisting the mothers and children to their seat, ensuring seat belts are secured and safe driving to and from their home to the centre. Duties will also include engaging in general conversation with families during pick up and drop off.
