MS is the go-to provider of information, advice and support for people affected by multiple sclerosis with over 60 years' insight into how to live well with progressive neurological conditions. We offer vital support and services for people living with multiple sclerosis while the search for a cure continues. We are here so no one has to face MS alone. The money raised from our fundraising events ensures that we are able to provide these services for years to come.

The MS Gong Ride + Wellness Run is our largest annual fundraising event. Starting at Tempe, Sydney and traveling all the way down to Lang Park in Wollongong. We require the help of 450 volunteers plotted along the 82km course to aid us in delivering a safe and fun event.

There is no experience necessary. We have many roles to fill, there is something to suit everyone! Roles available include:

• Course Marshals
• Rest Site Assistants
• Event Village roles - Cloakroom, Merchandise, etc..
• Equipment and Signage Crew

Please note we filled shifts at Tempe and in Sydney area. Available roles are located between Waterfall and Wollongong

Shift times vary between 4 to 8 hours long. Please note that most roles require an early morning start!
