Maroondah City Council is seeking a transport driver (12-seater bus) to assist the Social Inclusion & Wellbeing service at the Kerrabee Centre.

The volunteer role assists with the transportation of older, frail and socially isolated clients to a range of activities including Library, Shopping & Monthly Outing programs.

You must have an Australian drivers licence and good driving record to fulfill this role.

The driver will be assisted by another volunteer and will be required to drive residents over the age of 65 to the different local programs. This role requires weekly or fortnightly commitment.

All successful volunteers will be required to complete a police check (no cost involved) and apply via Councils 'Volunteers Expression of Interest' role located on Maroondah City Council's careers website.
