On My Feet offers exercise groups and structured programs that provide participants with personal development opportunities that are awarded based on participant’s commitment to our running/exercise sessions and the achievement of self-determined goals.

The People & Culture Coordinator will work alongside the People & Culture Manager to source volunteers for the various department of On My Feet. You will work with volunteers to promote an inclusive and supportive culture. You’ll also maintain open lines of communications with volunteers at chapters to ensure they are supported and to address any queries or issues they raised.

In your position as People & Culture Coordinator you will: • Work alongside the People & Culture Manager to identify volunteering opportunities and advertise available positions; • Respond to volunteer enquiries and suggest volunteering opportunities to interested persons; • Update the People & Culture Manager about any issues raised by volunteers; and • Assist with event registrations when necessary.
