Duties Include:

• Assist with the setup of the kitchen, food service and eating areas.
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to arrival time.
• Assist with the preparation of food.
• Assist with the serving of food to customers.
• Clean up tables and kitchen at the end of the session.
• Clean food preparation, serving and eating areas.
• Answer enquiries on exhibitions and programs.
• Ensure all group members are safe.
• Report all concerns to the appropriate person / location.
• Follow procedures to minimize risks to personal safety and safety and security of the buildings, exhibits and contents.
• Ensuring the goals, policies and strategic plan of Belgenny farm are promoted, adhered to and work towards.
