The Sweetest Gift is a charity like no other. Australia's only social enterprise employing transplant recipients and people living with chronic illnesses, and also Australia's only social enterprise dessert restaurant - that's a lot of firsts!

With innovation like this comes challenge, and in our two years of existence, our biggest challenge has been grant seeking and writing, so we are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Grant Writer to help us. This is not a job for the faint-hearted, we know, as our uniqueness means that we quite often do not fit within the usual grant parameters (hence why we are being honest here!) but we know that what we are doing is needed from our community, is actually innovative and WILL CHANGE PEOPLE'S LIVES!

Now, how many times can you say that your grant writing skills ACTUALLY do that?

We are a tiny team of passionate volunteers who are dedicated to creating change for the people who we support, and want someone who is as passionate and as dedicated as we are. You will work with our CEO, who will inspire you to change the lives of transplant recipients and people with chronic illnesses within moments of meeting her. This is not a role that requires you to be located anywhere specifically, just with a good internet connection and ability to video chat every now and then.
