Recruitment Coordinator

Koala Conservation Australia Port Macquarie’s Koala Hospital is a not-for-profit facility that not only treats sick and injured koalas but is also involved in conservation, education and research into koala diseases and habitat.  

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to help with our volunteer recruitment.

The main responsibilities are:

• Assessing and shortlisting applicants for interview

• Interviewing, referencing checking and matching applicants to current vacancies

• Ensuring appropriate inductions and recruitment formalities are completed

• Managing the recruitment dropbox

Previous experience in a recruitment or human resources is preferable but not essential as training will be provided. Volunteer hours are flexible across the week.
