Database Administrator

This position is to maintain our Microsoft Access client database, including:

  • Maintaining contacts in database and some data entry
  • Producing reports from the database on an as required basis
  • Quality assurance and internal audit functions

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our small but highly professional organisation located in the heart of the CBD.

Essential skills and experience:

  • An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access and the Office suite of applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to manage own time and work unsupervised
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Team player
  • An ability to think on your feet and is a creative problem solver
  • Willing to learn new processes and technologies

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience with a Customer Relations Management package
  • Knowledge of and experience in working with governmental and NFP service providers.

We will assists you in obtaining the necessary clearances if required

Holding a current SA driver’s license (C) would be a help to us!
