Database Administrator
GRANDCARERS SAThis position is to maintain our Microsoft Access client database, including:
- Maintaining contacts in database and some data entry
- Producing reports from the database on an as required basis
- Quality assurance and internal audit functions
We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our small but highly professional organisation located in the heart of the CBD.
Essential skills and experience:
- An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Access and the Office suite of applications
- Attention to detail
- Able to manage own time and work unsupervised
- Good written and verbal communication
- Team player
- An ability to think on your feet and is a creative problem solver
- Willing to learn new processes and technologies
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience with a Customer Relations Management package
- Knowledge of and experience in working with governmental and NFP service providers.
We will assists you in obtaining the necessary clearances if required
Holding a current SA driver’s license (C) would be a help to us!
