Volunteer Social Media Coordinator
Canice's KitchenWe are looking for a social media superstar. Someone with a passion for helping others, an understanding of homelessness or a strong desire to learn who can use their knowledge, skills and networks to propel our brand forward.
We are a inner city not for profit serving 50,000 meals a year to those living on the streets. We are currently going through a brand review and looking to engage a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator who can take the reigns, develop a social media strategy and execute it.
Reporting to the Community Manager, you will gain experience working in a diverse community agency, with the flexibility of working remotely or in our offices.
Duties:
- Assisting the Community Manager with the development of the social media strategy
- Content creation on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , YouTube, LinkedIn inline with strategy
- Monitoring of social media accounts
- Monthly reporting
Skills: Highly organised with strong time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience using social media channels
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong content creation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skills (desirable)
- Ability to put forward new ideas and suggestions
