Cancer Council's Regional Support Services (RSS) Program provides a range of supportive care services in rural communities across WA. Rural Cancer Support Coordinators assist cancer patients to access the support they need following a cancer diagnosis, by providing emotional, social and practical support and referring patients to existing community health networks for additional support. In order to do that, we need accurate information about the networks. By volunteering for this project, you will assist us to update the current data we have about local community health organisations in each of our regions. Each organisation will be contacted to clarify the information that we currently hold, and then to update any information and record new information in our Client Management System.
