Event Assistants required for a large fundraising ball in Darling Harbour, Sydney.

Event date: 13th June 2019 Shift time: 5pm -11pm

We need volunteers to help

• Set up auction items & goody bags
• Welcome and usher guests
• Sell raffle tickets and promote the auction
• Monitor run sheet and assist with timings and talent calling
• Provide attentive customer service to all guests

The ball will bring together approximately 300 guests in an attempt to raise awareness of important health issues as well as raising funds for two charities, the Heart Foundation and the Jodi Lee Foundation.

All volunteers will receive dinner and a goody bag as well as a certificate of completion.
