- Good communication, administration and computer skills,
- Responsible for co-ordinating the shelter roster and organising new volunteers,
- Also responsible for advertising for new volunteers in the Echo,
- Responsible for arranging the training of volunteers and compiling the weekly roster and,
- Responsible for arranging emergency volunteers for shelter shifts when necessary.
