In this role you are responsible for:

  • Answering the telephone, transferring to the right person or taking and relaying messages

  • Greeting visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner, directing them to their appointment or meeting room

  • Manage the appointment diary

  • Register those entering and exiting the building in the visitors book

  • Keeping the reception area tidy

  • Keeping office supplies replenished

  • Assist with the collection of statistical data to demonstrate the impact volunteering has in our community

  • Assist with booking, set up and pack up of meeting and training spaces

  • Providing general clerical and administrative support as required

    Engagement and working relationships:

  • CEO and Operations | Projects Manager

  • Community organisations

  • VG volunteers

  • Individuals from the public
