Volunteering GeelongIn this role you are responsible for:

Answering the telephone, transferring to the right person or taking and relaying messages

Greeting visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner, directing them to their appointment or meeting room

Manage the appointment diary

Register those entering and exiting the building in the visitors book

Keeping the reception area tidy
-
Keeping office supplies replenished
-
Assist with the collection of statistical data to demonstrate the impact volunteering has in our community

Assist with booking, set up and pack up of meeting and training spaces
-
Providing general clerical and administrative support as required
