Tasks & responsibilities:

• Scanning tickets as part of attendee registration
• Welcoming and directing attendees in foyer and main areas
• Ushering attendees to seats to fill rows
• Answering attendee questions at help desk, working with our community team
• Supporting event production team will small tasks thorough the day

Time commitment

Site induction and onboarding 12.30pm Friday 25th November Volunteering 1-6.30pm Friday 25h November Pre event briefing 1.5 hours 12 or 13th of November date and time to be confirmed

TEDxMelbourne is a 100% volunteer run organisation – we have a vibrant and productive team of around 20 individuals who have been working on this event for 3 years, and will be responsible for management and leadership of the event on the day.It is out mission to create a captivating experience for visionaries, change makers and community, to change the way people see and think about the world they live in.
