Volunteering with HammondCare At Home is one way you can give something back to the aged or frail in our society. Not only does volunteering have a profound effect on the person you spend time with, but you'll learn a lot and meet new people.

We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals who can sit and have a chat, reminisce and talk about topics of interest. You may want to spend some time in the garden, play cards, listen to music or do some arts and craft activities. This volunteering opportunity is based in the Dolls Point area and would suit someone who is fluent in Italian.

If you have 1 hour to spare in your week (Monday - Friday) and would like to improve an older woman's life by providing companionship, we would love to hear from you. As this role is a long term 12 month+ commitment, we're seeking volunteers who live locally to Dolls Point. All HammondCare volunteers receive training as well as ongoing support.
