The Salvo Care Eastern Reclink Program provides recreational activities to people in the Eastern Region of Melbourne. The Program provides a safe and drug free social environment for men and women of all ages. All are welcome to join the team, and the focus is on inclusion and participation rather than ability.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Salvo Hawks Football team, so to celebrate this milestone we would like to develop an electronic presentation for our presentation night in September. This is an excellent opportunity to support The Salvation Army by volunteering your time and talent to contribute to a night of memories to recognise the achievements of this remarkable group of people.

Salvo Care is looking for a dedicated and skilled volunteer to contribute to all design elements of this project, from concept development through to implementation and delivery. In consultation with the project manager, your valuable input will help to make this night of memories shine.

Working from the Box Hill Salvo Care office, your main responsibilities will be;

· Liaise with the Reclink staff to understand the theme and content requirements for the presentation · Sort through hard copy and electronic images · Develop content for approval · Discuss possible ideas and inclusions with Manager, Team Leader and Reclink workers · Contribute ideas to regular meetings · Develop project updates in a timely fashion

Time requirements: 1 day on site per week, hours and days negotiable, please advise availability in comments

Project Start and Completion: ideally May- August

Integrity checks will be a requirement of the role

There will be a requirement to complete The Salvation Army induction modules and any other training as required, as will be the ability to work within the mission and values of The Salvation Army.

The successful applicant will possess experience in administration, creative flair and a preferably a demonstrated ability in electronic presentation development.
