The purpose of the Digital Marketing Officer position is to assist the Digital Communication Coordinator in managing digital communications and assets to raise the public profile of ACCF, increase support and income, and create awareness about cervical cancer and HPV.

Project management & external liaison • In conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Unit, help to develop and maintain all facets of the ACCF website (content, images, multimedia, navigation, etc.) to reflect current priorities and strategies. • Working closely with the Digital Communication Coordinator, ensure optimal performance and brand continuity across all digital platforms, especially for the ACCF website and newsletters (sent via the CRM System E-tapestry). • Advise the Digital Communications Officer on a digital communications strategy for digital campaigns as required. • Manage SEO and SEM capabilities to ensure the ACCF site is optimised for search engines.

Reporting • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals • Analyse and report regularly on traffic data from website, CRM, and social media systems and develop a strategy to improve integration of platforms and promote optimal user experience across ACCF’s digital channels.

Customer service: • Assist the Digital Communications Coordinator on other projects as and when required. • Provide outstanding customer care, to the Marketing and Communications Team standards, to internal and external customers regarding queries and support related to digital marketing. • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to employees/volunteers on WordPress and E-tapestry.
