The Nambour Community Centre is looking for Communal Area Volunteers who have the ability to engage with community members from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures by welcoming them into the space while carrying out daily duties.

Daily duties include: Keeping the community kitchen tidy Replacing cups and water Monitor coffee station General tidy of communal area Monitor fridges - tidy and remove outdated contents Wash tea towels, towels and table cloths Check notice boards for outdated material

Nambour Community Centre is approved by Centrelink for those job seekers wishing to undertake voluntary work as an approved activity.

A Blue Card is not a requirement for this position however we are able to support the volunteer in applying for one if they choose to.
