Reception/Office Admin
Pedal PowerThe role is very flexible and requires someone two to three mornings / afternoons a week to respond to member inquiries (by phone, email and in person) and help out with our admin tasks. This will include:
- answer telephone calls from our members and help people to register for our programs and events.
- Manage Pedal Powers's office email.
- Manage our office supplies and stock for our shop.
- Assist us to manage our mailing lists.
- Collect mail from the post office.
- Assist the service coordinator with other duties as required.
