Female Greek speaking Volunteers are needed to visit and share life experiences with lady residents in Aged Care home located in Clayton and Clarinda. Link Health and Community is a not for profit Community Health Service located in the City of Monash.

The Community Visiting Scheme connects people of the same or different cultures to older members of the community living in aged care homes. Volunteers chatting in their native language can make any person regardless of age feel like home, but especially for members of the elderly community. Simple gestures like this can have a positive impact reducing social isolation and improving well-being. During COVID-19 Community Visitors can keep contact by writing letters, phone calls and/or virtually
