The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of BASScare.

Are you available on Tuesday mornings from 10am to 12pm.  Come along and help out at our art and craft sessions and engage with our ageing residents.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents wishing to participate in Arts and Craft lifestyle activities.
• Help with room set up
• Provide assistance with completing the activity eg: cutting and pasting
• Engage in conversation
• Have a little fun before packing up

Skills and Experience:

• Friendly
• Outgoing
• Good communication skills
• Happy to help in activities and engage with ageing residents
• You don't need to be crafty or come up with the ideas - the activity is teacher lead
