Are you friendly & outgoing and looking to volunteer at an exciting event?  Vivid Sydney at Chatswood is back, and Willoughby City Council is looking for volunteers to assist at a series of Vivid Ideas talks at Chatswood Chase.  These talks will run daily from May 24 – June 15 from 11am – 12pm.

Volunteers will be on site from 9:30am – 12:30pm to assist the Stage Manager in setting up the stage, registering guests, ushering visitors, showing guests to their seats etc.  This is a great role for anyone looking to fully immerse themselves in the Vivid experience, someone with great customer service skills and enthusiasm for the event.

We expect a significant audience at each talk, so this is a busy and exciting role.  Please note volunteers will be on their feet for considerable periods and so a reasonable level of physical fitness is necessary.

Vivid Sydney at Chatswood runs from 24 May – 15 June.  Volunteers are asked to commit to three shifts during the festival period.Attendance at a briefing session prior to the start of the event is compulsory.  

Evidence of completion of volunteering can be provided if requested.

Volunteers must be aged 18 or over.
