About the role: This position is to maintain our Salesforce CRM, including:
- Maintaining contacts in database including some data entry
- Setting up workflows
- Maintaining volunteer database including time scheduling
Essential skills and experience:
- Able to manage own time and work under pressure
- Able to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
- Team player
- An ability to think on your feet and is a creative problem solver
- Willing to learn new processes and technologies
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience with Salesforce including the Nonprofit Success Pack
