About the role: This position is to maintain our Salesforce CRM, including:

  • Maintaining contacts in database including some data entry
  • Setting up workflows
  • Maintaining volunteer database including time scheduling

Essential skills and experience:

  • Able to manage own time and work under pressure
  • Able to work unsupervised
  • Attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Team player
  • An ability to think on your feet and is a creative problem solver
  • Willing to learn new processes and technologies

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience with Salesforce including the Nonprofit Success Pack
