The Mustangs are committed to diversity, through a number of initiatives, including through our annual Pride Round which sold out in 2018. We support the Victorian Government’s initiative to achieve 40% representation by woman on the boards of sporting organisations. In 2018 and 2019, the Mustang’s Committee achieved 40% representation of women in executive positions. In 2019 we would like to increase the number of female committee members, and are seeking expressions of interest from women with previous experience in working with a board or event management skills.

The Committee meets on the first Monday of every month in the evening. The ideal candidate would compliment the skill sets of the committee. Applicants are encouraged to provide a brief summary of their skills and experience.
