Administration Volunteer (Finance Team: Billing)

Volunteers needed in the Finance Department to support the Billing team with administration.

Tasks are as follows:

  • Emailing of Self-funded and third party invoices
  • Simple Invoice allocations
  • Printing vouchers for DVA submission
  • Processing of refunds in NetSuite. Finance software training will be provided
  • Filing and sorting
  • Data entry
  • Correction of GST allocation errors
  • Ad hoc tasks

Time commitment is two days a week  (flexible with half or full days) from Monday to Friday
