Administration Volunteer (Finance Team: Billing)
Vision AustraliaVolunteers needed in the Finance Department to support the Billing team with administration.
Tasks are as follows:
- Emailing of Self-funded and third party invoices
- Simple Invoice allocations
- Printing vouchers for DVA submission
- Processing of refunds in NetSuite. Finance software training will be provided
- Filing and sorting
- Data entry
- Correction of GST allocation errors
- Ad hoc tasks
Time commitment is two days a week (flexible with half or full days) from Monday to Friday
