Empowered Together's vision is a world where sexual integrity is respected, sexual violence is taken seriously and those who have experienced sexual violence receive the support they need to heal.

We are youth run and seek to engage this generation to lead the change. Our two main operations include running workshops on consent and sexual assault in secondary schools and engaging the wider community through our online platforms.

The Schools Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with schools and other community groups.

The key duties are: ● Cultivating new relationships with schools by contacting school representatives regarding Empowered Together’s workshops ● Working with the Chief Schools Officer to manage the portfolio of school contacts via a CRM (Customer-relationships management software) ● Analysing feedback and evaluation to ensure continuous positive relationships with schools
● Attending meetings with schools as needed ● Working with the Schools team and executive team to create, improve and evaluate workshop content
● Engaging with the greater community through events and other external opportunities that may arise

This is a volunteer position with Empowered Together. Joining our Schools Team puts you at the core of our mission and gives you a voice in the fight against sexual violence.
