If you are interested in promoting physical activity and improving the quality of life for older people our fitness coordinators can give you the resources and expertise required to become an Active Ageing Volunteer. We are looking for volunteers to support residents to be physically active and improve their quality of life.
The role will support people to move to and from the dining room, participate in walking groups, assist lifestyle teams with fitness activities and more. This volunteer position would best suit those with clear communication skills, patience and empathy.
