A not for profit Organisation whose mission it is to support and empower vulnerable communities to thrive, is seeking Volunteers to assist with their Homework Support Group.

The Homework Support Group supports children in their learning development and its aim is to inspire students to grow in confidence and develop new skills. The Group runs on Wednesday afternoons between 3:30pm and 4:30pm, during school terms.

This role would be perfect for retired school teachers, or anyone who has a passion to see children succeed academically and consequently in life. You would be assisting students in years 3-6 to complete their homework tasks, in a fun and encouraging environment.All Volunteers will be trained and orientated about the Organisation and the role and have the ongoing support of Staff members.
