We are seeking numerous volunteers to help support our Emergency Assistance programs across Adelaide. Our Emergency Assistance program provides short-term food relief, clothing, and prescriptions relief. We also offer referrals to other services and offer a Budget Support Program.

Emergency Assistance Interviewer - Christies Beach (Mon & Fri)

As an Emergency Assistance Interviewer, you are the first point of contact for someone experiencing financial hardship. You will discuss the individual’s position and determine whether they are eligible for our services. Food Store Retail Assistant - Christies Beach (Mon &Fri)

Food Store Volunteers assist by welcoming and supporting customers of the Emergency Assistance Program who receive food assistance; including support with the selection of food items, sorting and stocking food in the Food store area.

Admin & Reception Support - Christies Beach (Mon &Fri)

Admin volunteers help provide administrative support to our staff and clients. You will assist with handling enquiries, messages and a wide variety of administrative tasks such as: filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, archiving and data entry.
