Volunteer in the Cancer Council Queensland shop in the Fortitude Valley and play an important role in raising awareness of sun protection. We are looking for friendly volunteers who are enthusiastic about the work we do.

Duties would include advising and helping people as they shop, answering customer questions, keeping the store clean and tidy and sorting stock ready for sale.

You will have good communication skills and the ability to get along with people and work as part of a team. On the job training is provided as well as organisational and Workplace Health & Safety induction.

As part of this role, all volunteers will have to undergo a Crim Check and at no cost to the volunteer.
