Role responsibilities include: • Assist clients to stay on top of a basic budget. • Provide ongoing support to clients as needed (e.g. call clients before pay week to help allocate finances for that week, go shopping with the client, accompany on trips to the bank or Centrelink, etc.). • Help clients prepare all documents for meetings with the Financial Counsellor. • Other support to the Financial Counselling team as required. • Support Financial Counsellors to deliver financial literacy workshops.
