Help in the running of the volunteer community nursery by undertaking tasks such as plant sales, plant identification, potting, weeding, raking, seed preparation for sowing and other duties required as required.
You will undertake tasks including plant sales, potting, weeding, raking, seed preparation for sowing and other duties as required. Your role will assist the expert volunteers as they provide knowledge and skills to the customers and other volunteers in relation to native plant selection, identification, planting location and care. You will be required to carry out many tasks that require following set procedures and the ability to work independently is required. Training will be provided for the following skills: plant sales, seed preparation and sowing, potting up of plants, raking, cleaning, weeding and other general duties.
