The Administration Volunteer will assist the Human Services team by:
Administration Tasks:
- Creating New Staff and Student Placement Paperwork Packs
- Photocopying and Scanning Documents
- Data Entry and File Maintenance
Reception Tasks:
- Welcoming Visitors
- Answering Incoming Phone Calls
- Emailing Staff Communication
