The Administration Volunteer will assist the Human Services team by:

Administration Tasks:

  • Creating New Staff and Student Placement Paperwork Packs
  • Photocopying and Scanning Documents
  • Data Entry and File Maintenance

Reception Tasks:

  • Welcoming Visitors
  • Answering Incoming Phone Calls
  • Emailing Staff Communication
