Assisting Group Leader during various activities by supervising the participants. Following directions and guidelines outlined by Group Leader, preparing materials and setting the environment for the activities and packing away, encouraging clients to interact with one another and to participate in activities. Building rapport with staff and clients. Working in accordance with Autism West policies and procedures. At times if required providing transport to outings for clients.
