You will have an opportunity to connect with the resident, to promote conversation and fun. Interaction with residents can take place in both a 1:1 basis, or in a group.

Previous experience not required but if you have Certificate 3 Aged Care this will assist you getting some hands on experience in aged care.

Times for these shifts can vary site to site. Generally they are 10 - 12pm, 1.30 - 3.30, 3.30 to 7.30pm
