Fundraising Support Officer

Uniting Care is looking for volunteers who have excellent English verbal communication skills and experience in customer service to assist with customer care telecommunication with existing donors and fundraisers. This role also includes administrative support to the Fundraising team.

Qualifications: No formal qualifications are required for this role

Experience: General administrative skills Knowledge and experience in maintaining data and records Customer service skills would be an advantage

Technical Skills: Excellent English verbal communication skills Ability to use MS Office suite, in particularly Excel at an intermediate level

Behavioural Attributes: Ability to work cooperatively and inclusively in a team environment Ability to work within the beliefs, mission, values and policies of UnitingCare Queensland and adhere to the provisions of the Workplace Health and Safety and other relevant Legislation.
