Approximately 8 tonnes of clothing, shoes and accessories are generously donated by our community, which we sort and sell at the Bindaring Clothing Sale, now in its 55th year. We think of these 2 weeks as a giant treasure hunt, you never know what little gems you’ll find. We sort for three areas: Op Shop holds good condition men's, women's and children's second-hand clothing, shoes, boots, hats, scarves, bags, and belts, Boutique sells new and nearly new designer labels, samples and top-quality clothing and Emporium is an Aladdin's Cave of vintage treasures, jewellery and beautiful eclectic accessories. Last year we raised over $200 000 for Australian Red Cross, we have over a 100 volunteers.

The funds are used to improve the lives of vulnerable people and strengthen communities in Australia, such as Soup Patrol, Save-a-Mate, Telecross, Emergency Disaster Relief and Blood Donations. Leftover clothes from the sale are sold in the Red Cross Shops in Western Australia.
