A not-for-profit, community service organisation that is committed to addressing the unmet and changing needs of the most vulnerable in our community, is seeking Volunteers to join their Country Care Link driving team.

The Country Care Link Program offers transport to people who have travelled to Sydney from regional Australia for medical care. Volunteer Drivers provide them with transport, in and around the Sydney Metropolitan area, to and from appointments and accommodation.

Volunteers will need a Current NSW Driver’s Licence, a proven safe driving record, access to a registered and insured vehicle and a current Working with Children Check and Police Check.

The nature of this role requires Volunteers to have a high level of commitment and effective time management skills. An ability to interact with clients, their families and/or carers in a sensitive, non-judgmental way is paramount.
