Adult Community Education Volunteers provide individual support to the students in line with program learnings and assist facilitator with individual activities. Tasks include: To assist the ACE Coordinator with administration and reporting requirements i.e.; STELA and completion of forms and assist facilitator with nominated tasks i.e.; program set-up/pack-down, snacks/lunch. Promote the ACE program and The Community Centre – Goolwa’s activities. Encourage interaction, creative expression, and promote self-learning in the student in line with the program foundation skill unit (facilitator to familiarise volunteer). Assist with workshop preparation and clean up afterwards. Assist digital literacy, oral and written activities, assist with managing group dynamics. Attend staff/volunteer meetings as requested and participate in housekeeping duties (bins, sweeping, etc).
