Provide safe transportation of clients to or from their home or other destination in accordance with RCCTS guidelines and procedures. Adhere to all road rules whilst performing the duties of a Volunteer Driver. Refuel the vehicle in accordance with the RCCTS Volunteer Handbook. Manage client enquiries and provide appropriate information or redirect to Rockingham Connect office as required. Inspect vehicle on return to the Autumn Centre, returning lost property and reporting any damage. Provide appropriate notice of unavailability. Complete all RCCTS documentation in the required timeframe. Represent the RCCTS and City of Rockingham to a high standard. Undertake training specific to the operational needs to the RCCTS. Attend the RCCTS Volunteer meetings. Maintain safe work practices in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Legislation and Council policies. Foster, advocate and implement the City's Customer Service Charter.
