Volunteer with strong leadership skills required by ACH Group in Yankalilla. You will be responsible for setting up activities and encouraging men to attend, organise and arrange projects ie - build items as well as maintaining the shed and equipment. You will have good people skills and very good organisational skills as well as having the ability to empathise and understand older persons. Good knowledge of electrical tools is required. Your creative side will be encouraged and will increase the enjoyment of our attendees. The Shed is small, therefore limited space (3 -4 men), however if weather is good, can access outdoors. Role may include the opportunity to arrange discussion groups if the men request. Collaborative person required to discuss what the men want to do together.
