We are looking for someone to help out in our small centre which is run out of a suburban house. You would be taking care of all sorts of small odd jobs, maintenance tasks and support with gardening.  This may also involve supporting people with disabilities to help. Avalon is a small Centre that was established in 1987, that is run entirely by volunteers and on donations.  We support people who have slipped through the cracks, including people with disabilities and /or mental health problems, the homeless and anyone requiring support. Avalon's mission statement is simply to 'help where we can, when we can and in whatever way we can'
