Bankstown’s leading charitable aged care provider would love some Volunteers to join their team. They were started by the community to care for the community. About the Role: • Assisting the lifestyle team in providing leisure activities to the residents • Assisting residents with activities that are tailed to their individual needs and preferences • Assist with providing a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for residents • Other duties as directed by the Lifestyle Team member • Adhere to policies and procedures and report any safety concerns to staff • Attendance of training and orientation • Volunteers are required weekdays, between 9am and 3pm

About You: • An awareness of and sensitivity to, the needs of older people • Patient, caring and resident focused manner • Passion to improve day to day lives of residents • Good communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
