Coordinate the daily running of the playgroup program by: Understanding and applying Crèche policies and procedures in the workplace and apply them to ensure the health and safety of participants. Assisting as directed the intake and reception of children and families and adequate supervision of children. Implement daily routines including cleaning and tidying the Crèche before and after activities as required. Report observations of families and children to the coordinator and in cases of concern report immediately. Work in unison with other staff to deliver a consistent and appropriate behavior messages and measures to participants. Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation playgroup activities and events. Promote an environment where children and parents are welcomed and accepted.
