The Community Kitchen provides a place for guests to; interact with the broader Australian community, to share a meal and experience multicultural Australia, access specialist service providers, information and skills development, meet new people, practise English, and participate in music and sporting activities. As the Community Kitchen All-rounder you may be asked to:

• Food preparation at the direction of the chef • Set up and pack down of the kitchen • Follow safe food practices • Assist with serving food • Welcome all guests and introduce new guests to the Community Kitchen and the Auburn Centre for Community • Facilitate guest involvement in activities • Set-up and pack-down of the hall and activities

Every 2nd Wednesday and Community Kitchen All rounder volunteers are required to complete one shift each fortnight; 9am to 1pm or 12pm to 3:30pm at Auburn Centre for Community, 44A Macquarie Road, Auburn NSW 2144.
