Come along and join the team as they tackle lantana growing in the Moreton Bay Regional Council Reserve. The reserve is located on Saltwater Creek, and forms part of Hays Inlet Conservation Park. It is an area of saltmarsh surrounded by eucalypt scrub, and is part of a koala habitat corridor.

The team will be working in the bush area, improving the local environment by reducing the area covered by lantana. As lantana stops Koalas from being able to move throughout their habitat, it is important to restrict its growth to allow Koalas to keep living in the area.
