The Town Square Cafe provides the local community with a place to meet, enjoy a healthy meal or snack at an affordable price & in a welcoming atmosphere.

The Volunteer Cafe assistant will work as part of a team to assist the Cafe Manager.

Activities include:

• greeting customers
• taking orders
• preparing, serving & storing food (sandwiches, cakes & salads)
• handling payment
• cleaning (making sure kitchen utensils & work areas clean)
• washing dishes
