PainLink Peer to Peer Phone Operator - Friday shift

Chronic Pain Australia Ltd
Logo for Chronic Pain Australia Ltd

The PainLink team retrieves calls from a service and calls back help seekers. PainLink operators provide peer to peer support (through their own lived experience of chronic pain) and offer support, self-management techniques, resources and health system navigation. Training is provided through role modelling, team building, coaching, and an instruction manual. PainLink is a peer-to-peer service, and guides must have or have had personal experience with chronic pain and have a robust self management plan in place. This is a community service, and as such, we ask no practicing health professionals professionals to apply. If you are studying a related field (Counselling, Social Work, Psychology) you are welcome to apply if you have a personal lived experience of chronic pain. Please ensure you indicate this in your expression of interest. We are looking for operators based anywhere in Australia. You must be able to commit to a Friday daytime shift. We provide no legal, medical, workers compensation or industrial relations advice.
