You can see how the Vinnies magic happens when you are volunteering with us. Each of our centres is a shop-family, with all volunteer roles designed so that each worker gets the most from what they are doing. People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to apply with shifts available weekdays and at weekends.

Vinnies shops raise money to help people who can’t afford the basics. But there’s another benefit. The items we sell are donated, so this means we’re extending the life of garments, aiding circular fashion and helping the planet as well.

We are seeking volunteers to assist with Retail cashier duties and Customer Service.

Do you have 3-4 hours spare? Whether you are available weekly, fortnightly or monthly it all helps!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their selections with a high level of customer service

• Processing both cash and Eftpos payments

• Pricing and valuing stock, including stock selection and sorting from donations

• Stock presentation, placement and merchandising

• Undertaking general duties
